SHOPPE POLICIES

SHIPPING

Orders will ship within 3-5 business days of payment during normal business hours M-F 9-5. Shipping is $7.99 for one item, $9.99 for 2 or more items, or free if you spend $200. We also deliver for orders within 15 miles.

RETURN POLICIES

Returns are available for store credit or exchange. We do not accept returns past 3 weeks after purchase. To return an item, follow the directions below:

1. Email the.neighborhood.shoppe@gmail.com the item you wish to return and the reason.

2. A return label will only be provided if there was an error made on our end.

3. You will have 3 weeks to return an item for store credit.

4. Returning an item is at your own risk. You must ensure that the item is adequately packaged and, at your option and cost, insured. We are not liable for damage caused by inadequate packaging by you or if the item is damaged or lost while being returned to us. Items that are damaged when we receive them will not be eligible for refund

5. For drop off items, once an item has been placed on the porch or door step it is no longer the shoppe's responsibility if the package gets damaged or stolen.

 

For items that have been damaged in transit please email the.neighborhood.shoppe@gmail.com and include pictures of the damage, and pictures of the shipping box. Once we receive your email, we'll determine next steps.  Emails for damages must be received within 5 days of delivery date.  Anything received later than that will not be eligible for exchange or refund.
